is always down to talk about food! Born and raised in Mexico, Chacho learned early on about the importance of spice, fresh ingredients and cooking with heart and passion. When challenged with helping Mrs. Grease make the ultimate frozen treat, Chacho immediately thought about his favorite treat, paletas.
This frozen dessert is a classic ice pop formed around a stick for a convenient way to hold the treat. Chacho had lots of fond memories enjoying paletas at fiestas, family gatherings and trips to the beach. Paleta flavors range from fruity favorites like lime, mango, passion fruit and pineapple to more creamy options, such as cookies and cream, chocolate hazelnut and more! After considering all his options, Chacho landed on his favorite paletas ingredient, strawberries.
