NORI! A student from Japan, Nori loves to spread joy and happiness by sharing delicious meals and food from her home country! Nori is the go-to authority for all dishes that involve seafood or ingredients from the ocean.
When working on the new recipe for the frozen dessert, Mrs. Grease turned to Nori for help and Nori was quick to recommend yukimi-daifuku, also known as mochi ice cream! These unique desserts consist of bite-sized scoops of ice cream wrapped in a mochi rice dumpling. The soft and chewy mochi and the dense, creamy ice cream make for a delicious combination! Nori suggested that they add the mochi rice dough to Mrs. Grease’s new dessert as a creative way to add a unique texture to the sweet treat.
